WORK WELLBEING LECTURES AND OTHER SERVICES
KivaQ holds work wellbeing lectures and seminars according to the needs and wishes of the customers. KivaQ’s founder Ove Näsman, medical doctor and specialist in occupational health, is a highly esteemed lecturer both in Finland and internationally. He has been working with work wellbeing issues for many decades. Näsman has developed both the KivaQ work wellbeing questionnaire and the KivaQ work wellbeing developing workshops. Work wellbeing and modern leadership, 45 min
This work wellbeing lecture inspires the superiors, together with their whole team, to courageously develop both their own near leadership and the team members’ self leadership.
Work wellbeing as a profitable investment, 45 min
There is a ”social demand” for developing work wellbeing. The employers have realised, that developing work wellbeing is a win-win situation, where both the employer and their employees’ benefits.

Leadership and employee competence are the pillars of good work wellbeing. Jointly and with good emotional compentence you will get results.
Practical development of work wellbeing, 45 min
The engaging and participatory KivaQ method includes both the KivaQ work wellbeing questionnaire and the KivaQ developing workshop. Case examples. As documentation the guide ”Metal Age and Kiva-questionnaire” (34 pages, 25€/pc) if needed.

1100 €/lecture (includes travel expenses).
1500 €/2 lectures (includes travel expenses; presupposed that the lectures are held after each other with the exception of possible coffee or lunch breaks).
In Finland VAT 24% is added to the price.
